Shipping takes place within 1-3 working days if the stock is available. If your payment clears before 2pm on a working day, your package will leave our office on the same day.

Return policy

We are always here to help
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the set has not been worn, or tampered with. The lace should be uncut for us to accept the return.
Exchanges are easy
Need another shade? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship out your current hair solution and provide us with the tracking details, and we’ll get you set up with a new order right away. We'll happily also use our courier company and arrange a collection from your address, if you pay the courier.
Refunds
If you wish to return your hair solution, we will happily issue you with a refund, provided that we receive the extensions back within 7 days of receipt and they are in the same condition as received. Courier fees may also be deducted.
