Our packages are dispatched from Monday to Friday, at 2pm each day. Once your payment has reflected on our side, you will receive a notification that we have received your payment. If it clears before 2pm, we will dispatch your order that same day.

Delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days to main areas and between 1 and 4 working days to outlying areas.

The wigs can last up to a year. They can last longer depending on how you look after it. How often they get worn, the use of heat styling tools as well as product use all contribute to the condition and wear of the hair.

To help extend the lifespan of your wigs, we suggest removing the wig when you sleep, shower and swim, always use a strong heat protectant spray and only wash the wig when needed, with sulphate and paraben free products.

Yes, our wigs can be styled, as they are 100% cuticle aligned Brazilian human hair. Just be sure to use heat protection spray and a low heat setting on your styling tool to lessen the damage to the hair.

We cannot guarantee the outcome when altering the colour of the products as there are many factors that need to be considered. Please proceed slowly and cautiously if you’re giving this a go.
