1. Do you offer a return and exchange policy?

We are pleased to say that we do offer a return Policy. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges of products which have not been worn or tampered with. You will be responsible for the return courier charge. Our return rates are remarkably low, as we offer high quality hairpieces.

2. When may I return my extensions?

If your hairpiece has not been worn or tampered with, you may return them. The product should be in the same condition as received.

If your hairpiece has not been worn or tampered with, you may exchange them. The product should be in the same condition as received. 

4. How do I make a return?

You must contact us at info@beyouhair.co.za within 7 days of the delivery of your purchase. Accompany your return package with your invoice and return ship your product to the address we supply you with. 

5. Will I have to pay for my returned shipping costs?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange the collection with our courier, if you cover the cost. Alternatively, you can return the product to our warehouse using your own courier. 

6. When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once we have checked that the product has not been worn or tampered with, we will refund your original payment method.

7. How long do I have to return my extensions?

We will give you 7 days to contact us regarding your return. 

8. Can I return my extensions without contacting you first?

No, you have to contact us regarding returns, so that we may supply you with the correct return shipping address and track your refund. Our warehouse facility will not accept returns.
